  • Yes – Violence is an inherent  part of human nature that helped our ancestors  hunt for food and protect themselves from wild animals.

  • History evidences the prevalence of violence in the evolution of mankind.

  • Today, our soldiers protect us from  ‘enemies’ – through violent  means. We have arms to protect ourselves from thieves, robbers, terrorists.

  • But – all the same don’t you feel  that balance has floundered somewhere ?

  • Children taking  to guns, children killing and stabbing for minor issues - such things have been saying  “good morning  to each of us, when we open the newspapers  everyday ".


What can you do ?

just become child friendly – a rallying point for the young  adults in your neighbourhood ,your community –the friendly uncle, the nice aunty who feeds, the " hot" didi who has cool stories….

Like the good old days-when neighbours were friends- became lifelong friends-and you knew that  if your neighbour was at home-a lot of your problems, including your childrens’ lunches would be taken care of.
Resolve to become that friendly neighbour today-and see that change in the children of your neighbourhood. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
